How do I register for a course?
A different "Username and Password" must be used for each individual student that is to be registered. Choose the course you want to take on our Homepage and proceed to checkout. Repeat the Process for each employee.
How do I register multiple students at one time?
To register multiple students, please use our " Bulk Registration Form."
Fill it out, Submit it and we will call you for your credit information and register your employees for you. This option will save you a great deal of time if you have multiple students.
Are there bulk discount prices?
Yes, there are!Go to our " Bulk Pricing Page ", to view possible discounts.
How can I pay for the course?
Pay for the course by ,check card ,credit card, or apply for a" Corporate Billing Agreement " ,and be invoiced every 30 days. Fill out the Form,Fax it to us at 860-749-3230 and your account will be active within 48 Hours if it is accepted.
Do you accept any type of financial aid or offer any special rates for students or military personnel?
No financial aid is available for our courses.
I forgot my User Name and Password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password,go to " Student Login page ",. Then click the "forgot password" link below the student login. Then enter your email address. You should receive an email to your email address stating your password.

" 24/7/365 " ,page and choose from your options to contact customer service.
Must I complete my course in one sitting?
No! You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in, all of your information will be saved.
Is there a time restriction on completing the course?
For the OSHA 10 Hour Outreach and 30 Hour Outreach courses, the time to complete the course is six months.
How do I go back and reprint my certificate of course completion?
Go to " Student Login " ,page and log in using your username and password. Click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to reprint.

I have taken the 10/30 Hour Outreach Training course. When will I receive my OSHA card?
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a temporary certificate of completion from safetytraineronline.com. In 4-8 weeks, you will receive your official card from OSHA and the Department of Labor in the mail.
I lost my 10/30 Hour Outreach Training Completion Card, how do I get another one?
Please go to our " 24/7/365 " page and choose from your options to contact customer service.
What do I receive when I complete a HAZWOPER course(s)?
You will receive a printable certificate upon successful completion of the HAZWOPER course(s).

How do I know where I am in the course?
When you are logged in to the course, click on the "My Training" button in the bottom lefthand section of the courseplayer. Click on "Outline" to see where you are in the course and to skip around to different sections.
